With its unique features, Capella merges everything Kinnarps knows about what is most important when it comes to task chairs. You sit comfortably and ergonomically correct. And any doubts that Capella is also really stylish were removed when the chair recently received the Good Design Award.

Every year the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design awards prizes to the most innovative and pioneering products produced throughout the world. In the ”Furniture” category they chose to highlight and commend Capella.

"We are delighted to hear that Capella has won the Good Design Award. We are very proud of the chair, and we are hoping and anticipating that Capella will be a real Kinnarps classic in the long-term," says Elisabeth Slunge, Brand Range Design Manager at Kinnarps.

Besides a beautiful design, Capella has also been equipped with Kinnarps' latest innovation – FreeMotion®. A system where tiny, balanced micro-movements in the seat create tiny movements without the chair feeling unsteady. The task chair has been developed based on the motto that sitting down is not about sitting still and this is why the chair encourages the body to move while sitting, all to make the body feel as good as possible.
