Kinnarps takes care of you during Stockholm Design Week

Kinnarps, Europe's leading supplier of interior design solutions, uses a different approach during Stockholm Design Week 2014 when the company invites the design sector to the “Care of Kinnarps” exhibition at the Wetterling Gallery in Kungsträdgården. Here visitors can have their portrait painted by the artist Idun Baltzersen, get a professional hairdo or get an invigorating hand massage.

The red interior and oriental carpets, vintage items and selected modern design classics create a warm and energy-boosting oasis for pleasant meetings during a stressful design week. Here people in the business can have a coffee and homemade buns, check their email or look at Idun's portraits of some design personalities.

In addition, Kinnarps is also displaying its new products in a 300 square metre stand at the Stockholm Furniture Fair - stand number A27:30.

“We wanted to do something extra in 2014, which is about more than our products and concepts and which shows the warmth, creativity and consideration that Kinnarps stands for. We are moving into the Wetterling Gallery in Kungsträdgården for three days and invite architects, buyers and journalists to join us for a well-earned rest and a creative meeting,” explains Paulina Lundström, Marketing & Communication Director at Kinnarps.

The exhibition, called Care of Kinnarps, grows organically with every visitor. Visitors can have their portraits quickly drawn by the illustrator Idun Baltzersen who is on site every day. A copy of the portrait will be hung in the exhibition and the visitor gets the original copy.
