The Swedish Pinpin Studio has, for the third year in succession, furnished a suite in the famous ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi. This winter they were inspired by Dr. Frankenstein!

Then let us suggest a trip to the ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi in north Sweden, where the entire building is made of ice and snow! One might think that this alone is exotic enough but this year, the designers and founders of Pinpin Studio Christian Strömqvist and Karl-Johan Ekeroth have outdone themselves. They have taken inspiration from the story of Frankenstein's monster and designed a suite they have called ”It’s alive!”. The room is a copy of the Dr. Frankenstein's famous laboratory as it looked in the film from 1931. Even the ceiling has been fitted with a hatch. What's even odder is that the room guests themselves get to play the role of the monster.  A good night's sleep is not something that can be guaranteed...
