Ergonomics are good for the soul

Well-being and performance are linked

To feel well in your working environment, the furniture and interior design may be as ergonomic as you could wish for, but still not be sufficient. Do you have access to a pleasant break room, for example. What opportunities exist for staff to rest and socialise during breaks? Research shows that wellbeing and work performance are closely related. It’s certainly easier to attract and retain staff if you offer a pleasant working environment.
