The core of our program

Although every project has a unique character there is a process which we follow to ensure consistently high service levels and to give our customers a transparent and no-risk assurance. As standard, Kinnarps own the whole process from first meeting, through consultancy, planning and ordering to delivery, installation, invoicing and after-sales… a total package that gives customers the peace of mind to make informed decisions and the time to focus on their business while we get on with ours. The quote you receive for the furniture will include the space planning required to understand your needs. We will also quote for delivery and installation too, so you can see the complete package from beginning to end.


We begin by listening to your aspirations, analysing your needs and considering the possibilities of the space available.

Furnishing proposals

Our proposals are presented two or three-dimensionally with accompanying ideas for colours and materials. Discussion ensues to progress to an agreed final spec.

Final agreement

You may like to involve management, staff and representatives in the process. In our showrooms you can see, feel and try out our furniture. We can also provide show suites on your site for major projects and demonstrate products such as seating to potential users.


When the decision has been made and the final specification agreed, we ask you for a customer order number and you will then receive confirmation of the order within a few days when we finalise the agreed delivery times.

Delivery and fitting

With our own vehicles, blankets as packaging and our own directly-employed fitters, we deliver and fit your furniture to the agreed plan and leave a clean 'ready to work' solution.

After-sales service

Demonstrating how to use the furniture, keeping in touch to see if any additions are needed, developing ideas as your business needs change... we like to continue talking as a true business partner.
