Sushi, Sake & Skandiform

2014-04-14

Starting with a short presentation: ‘Scandinavian Sense’ in workplace furniture design by Josefine Lindbergh from Skandiform, we invited the A&D community to witness the art of Sushi making and a little Sake tasting...?

On Thursday 3 April 2014 our London Showroom turned into a Japanese Restaurant for one night only! The evening was filled with Sushi, Sake and Skandiform!

The event was aimed at the A&D Community and we had a huge response to our invite, with the  a brilliant turnout and our showroom was filled with many influential practices.

Guests started the evening with Welcome Drinks in the Fika Lounge at 18:00, then we went upstairs to the Seminar space to hear Josefine Lindbergh of Skandiform give her short seminar on ‘Scandinavian Sense in Workplace Design'.

Following this, we headed for the Bar area in the Lower Ground Floor, where guests were greeted by our ‘for one night only' resident chef, Hong (from Moshi Moshi – www.moshimoshi.co.uk) Guests then tucked into a variety of Sushi and sipped differing varieties of Sake alongside each dish.
