Green light for good business
At Kinnarps, environmental work and commercial business have always gone hand in hand. "Being Green" has always stemmed from a desire not to waste anything. This is even more important in the economic challenges of recent months.
It is also a way of thinking and working that is reflected in our most recent “Think Green. Save Money” campaign. It’s good to see that others are beginning to realise that consideration for the environment is a natural part of intelligent business. Not least in relation to construction. You can read more about this in the article on green architecture in this new issue of Kinnarps Magazine.
This issue focuses on the positive... being ready for future demands, adapting to change and improving sustainability.
The economic downturn will naturally affect Kinnarps’ actions but we are determined to strengthen our presence in several important markets in order to be closer to our customers and continue to work hard to be a trusted, reliable partner.
In the UK we will soon be opening new local business centres in Glasgow, Birmingham, Exeter and London's West end to join the nine we have opened in the past 18 months, giving us an even wider platform to serve the local markets and grow our business in both the private and public sectors.
I wish you all a happy and prosperous 2010.
