We then take a look at why one of Norway's most famous food companies, TINE BA, and multinational supermarket giant Ahold both opted for Kinnarps in open competition with the elite of European suppliers – and we make a lastminute visit to the thawing, and therefore perhaps especially fascinating, Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi.
The idea was to show both variety and differences. However, we ended up with an almost embarrassing unanimity.A multicultural forum, but with a common partiality to pale woods, bright colour schemes, democratic consensus solutions and a high degree of user-friendliness. Typically Nordic? Certainly, but with an applicability and appeal that extend far beyond the cold icy north.
