Kinnarps AB acquires Kinnarps OY

Kinnarps AB acquires all shares in Kinnarps OY to further strengthen its market position for interior design solutions for offices, educational and care facilities on the Finnish market. Kinnarps OY will thus become a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinnarps AB.

"The Finnish market is important to Kinnarps, and we continue to see a great potential for inspiring, high-quality and durable interior design solutions", says Robert Petersson, CEO of Kinnarps AB.

Kinnarps OY has been active in Finland since 1990 and has been run as a freestanding Kinnarps retailer.

Robert Petersson would like to thank the previous owners and management of Kinnarps OY for excellent collaboration and their efforts to establish Kinnarps on the Finnish market.

“We would like to thank our customers, partners and staff for all our years together and all our great projects. We are convinced that our customers will continue to be in good hands and that the new owner, Kinnarps AB, will further develop the company and offer continuity on the Finnish market," says Henrik Slotte, CEO of Kinnarps OY.

When the acquisition comes into effect on 2 September 2024, Robert Petersson will take over as CEO of Kinnarps OY.
